Therapies offered are: Sports Massage, Remedial Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Personal Training, Aerobics on-site classes. I am UK qualified to the highest level on the Register of Exercise Professionals and the Complementary Medical Association. I have a regular practice at Larkswood Leisure Centre in Chingford and YMCA in Walthamstow. I also do HOME VISITS by appointment.
