    It is our aim to support you to take better care of yourself and help to reveal the inner wisdom that is alive in each one of us. We offer yoga and meditation classes, workshops and talks to support your journey towards a life of fulfilment, peace and ultimate freedom. To work with body, breath, mind and meditation allows us to awaken to the truth of who we truly are. The classes are held in Harrow and Pinner. They are suitable for all levels, encouraging you to work at your own pace through cultivating mindfulness and learning to listen to your own intelligence.
