Profile

I am specialised in the assessment and treatment of a range of adult mental health problems such as Depression, Anxiety, Eating Disorders, Bipolar Disorders, PTSD, ADHD and problems with alcohol and other substances. I have a biological and cognitive-behavioural approach to Mental Health and believe in promoting a healthy style of living and providing psychoeducation as a way to help the person understand and be better able to deal with their psychological, emotional or mental health problems. Although I have extensive experience in psychopharmacology, I always try to explore other possible treatment alternatives (such as psychotherapy) before considering starting a pharmacological treatment.
