I am a highly qualified and experienced psychotherapist for issues with emotional upheaval, relationships, family breakdown, depression, anxiety & PTSD, identity issues, sexual abuse, eating disorders etc. I have worked as a counsellor at many counselling services: MCPS, Winchester University, a Rape Crisis Centre in Portsmouth and MIND. I also have experience of working in a psychiatric hospital and lecture in counselling at Saint Mary's University.
