Situated in the centre of Angel Islington, North London, Tatami Health provides physiotherapy, injury management, rehabilitation and Massage Therapy in a purpose designed space for optimum recovery after a work or sports injury, surgery and treatment of neck and back pain. Along side our physiotherapy and massage services we offer Beginner and Improver Pilates mat classes in our unique Tatami room and individual sessions using the traditional Pilates equipment (reformer, cadillac etc.) in our studio for general fitness or rehabilitation. We host classes for all ages and fitness levels, and for new and expecting mums in our ante-natal and post-natal Pilates, "Fit Back & Bumps", classes.
