St mary-the-virgin, primrose hill. Percy dearmer, the third vicar, made this church a showpiece of liturgy in the english use and of good music. the english hymnal was born here; dearmer edited the words and ralph vaughan williams the music. these traditions of english liturgy, of good preaching and fine music, continue today.
